1995~
  • Development of the simulator system for Subaru,
      the astronomical observatory, on the top of Mauna Kea in Hawaii.

  • Design and development of X-ray photolithography equipment software.
  • Design and development of software for MLCC.

2001~
  • Design and development of electron beam control software.
  • Design and development of photolithography system software.
  • 300mm wafer electron beam inspection equipment.
  • Design and development of big data analysis software for device shrinkage.

2008~
  • Handling of approximately sixty types of equipment interfaces
    (MES and inter-equipment I/F), such as semiconductor manufacturing
    equipment and inspection equipment for device shrinkage.
